Yes — free US shipping on orders over $50. Flat $5.95 below that.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Email hello@teifar.com within 60 minutes of ordering and we'll do our best. After it ships, you can return it under our 30-day guarantee.

What is the 30-day guarantee?
Try the product for 30 days. If it doesn't earn its place in your routine, we'll refund you — in full, no questions asked. In most cases you keep the product.
How do I start a return?
Email returns@teifar.com with your order number. We respond within one business day.

How often should I use my Teifar tool?
Most tools are designed for daily use — 5 to 20 minutes. Specific protocols are on each product page under The Ritual.
When will I see results?
Most users feel a difference within the first week (lighter, less puffy, easier movement). Visible results — sculpting, smoother skin, restored range of motion — usually arrive between weeks 2 and 4 with consistent use.
Can I use Teifar tools if I'm pregnant, on medication, or have a health condition?
When in doubt, ask your doctor. Each product page lists specific contraindications (pregnancy, pacemakers, varicose veins, etc.).
Care & support
How do I clean my Teifar tool?
Wooden tools: wipe with a damp cloth, air dry. Wearable tools (sleeves, wraps): cold machine wash, air dry. Electronics: wipe with a soft cloth — no water immersion.
